HYROX

As a HYROX Official Training Club, we follow the HYROX 365 official programming and offer comprehensive HYROX classes, regular Performance Fitness Tests (PFTs) and race simulations. Our training combines functional movements with endurance running, including sled work, carries, burpees, wall balls and rowing to fully prepare you for HYROX competitions.

GYMNASTICS

Dedicated classes focused on developing bodyweight movement skills, flexibility and control. Learn proper progressions for handstands, muscle-ups, pull-ups and other gymnastics movements. MOBILITY

Staying mobile is key, especially as we age. CFWF is excited to offer a new Mobility class, designed to help members move more easily and comfortably. Aimed at our Masters members (35+), the class includes low-impact stretching and mobility work, followed by a short workout to apply those benefits. This isn’t about heavy lifting—it’s about improving daily movement and reducing discomfort.
