Yoga is a vast body of knowledge including numerous practices, philosophies, and multiple paths. Rachel’s classes will focus on the physical practice of asana.
Rachel has practiced yoga regularly for many years and qualified as a yoga teacher in India last year. The focus of of the class is to build strength, flexibility, and balance both for your body and mind.
The benefit of practicing yoga on a regular basis is significant and scientifically proven. You can expect to develop greater attunement with your body and clarity of mind, which will then transfer to other aspects of your life and sport.
The classes begin with a few minutes of breath work, move into an energetic flow, and end with 5-10 minutes of deep rest.
You'll need to bring water, a yoga mat, and a blanket.
